Fisher Price Partnership

To help target literacy Fisher-Price, through the Mattel Children's Foundation, has donated over $30,000 that has been used to purchase learning materials for the school libraries in the 14 Early Childhood Centers in the Buffalo Public Schools. Each school received a new collection of library materials and videos, including 130 books and Fisher-Price PowerTouchTM Learning System, which allows a child to interact with books with just a touch of a finger.

In addition, Fisher-Price has donated for many years to special programs that allow students to explore ideas, experience the arts and broaden their horizons through experiential learning, such as field trips. These funds provided transportation for over 5,000 children to field trip sites.
